Tokyo has many parks and city squares, including large green areas, parks and botanical gardens that are well kept.         Rikugien Gardens

        Rikugien Gardens took seven years to construct and was completed in 1702 during the Edo Period (1603-1868). The 88 scenic spots that appear in ancient poetry were recreated in this garden. Visitors will enjoy the beautiful scenery surrounded by the vivid autumn colors of the maple trees. Tsutsuji Tea House is one of the best spots in the garden.

        Meiji Jingu Gaien

        Meiji Jingu Gaien has a variety of sports facilities including Jingu Stadium, a golf driving range, an ice skating rink and tennis courts. The famous 300-meter avenue lined with gingko tree leading to the Meiji Memorial Picture Gallery is spectacular.
        Walk under the tunnel of bright yellow foliage created by the 146 gingko trees in autumn and feel like a heroine/hero in a drama!
