        Here are some teahouses that offer original desserts. Take a rest after shopping and enjoy teatime. Some teahouses offer parfait and puddings prepared with seasonal fruits and vegetables, and some offer sweets with Japanese tea.

        The seasonal menu "San-kuri Monogatari" lists three kinds of Mont Blanc cake prepared with chestnuts from Japan, France and Italy and offered only in autumn.

        Toraya Karyo Akasaka Main Store (Akasaka)

        "Yuzu Goyomi" is a jelly dessert made from the traditional yokan (adzuki-bean jelly) recipe. It uses yuzu citrus juice and yuzu peels soaked in syrup. The fragrance, slight tartness, and a subtle bitterness make this cake a delightful treat.
